Our Foundations course is a comprehensive 6-session introduction to the strength training program at HIIT4FIT. Designed to enhance efficiency in foundational movements, this course is the perfect starting point for your fitness journey.

  • Performance Standards: Before joining our regular group strength classes, you’ll need to demonstrate a clear understanding and execution of all foundational movements, ensuring you can safely and effectively engage in our daily workouts.

The foundational movements you’ll learn are crucial for developing the mobility, awareness, and control needed to perform advanced exercises. These movements include:

  • Pull-ups, Sit-ups, Push-ups, Dips
  • Kettlebell Exercises
  • Olympic Lifts: Thruster, Clean & Jerk, Snatch
  • Cardio Workouts: Running, Rowing, Biking
