Saturday HYROX Training at HIIT4FIT

Join us every Saturday from 7-9 am for specialized training for HYROX. Combined with our DEKA Training, these extended sessions, lasting between 1 hour to 1 hour and 45 minutes, are specifically designed to prepare you for both DEKA and HYROX events.

HYROX Training Overview

HYROX is a challenging fitness race that blends running with functional workout stations. Participants complete eight rounds, each consisting of a 1km run followed by a functional workout station.

HYROX Movements Include:
  • 1000-meter run
  • 1000-meter ski erg
  • 50-meter sled push
  • 50-meter sled pull
  • 80-meter burpee broad jump
  • 1000-meter row
  • 200-meter farmer carry
  • 100-meter sandbag lunges
  • 75 wall balls
