Saturday DEKA Training at HIIT4FIT

Join us every Saturday from 7-9 am for comprehensive DEKA training. Combined with our HYROX Training, these extended sessions, lasting between 1 hour to 1 hour and 45 minutes, are specifically designed to prepare you for both DEKA and HYROX events.

DEKA Training Overview

DEKA, known as the “Decathlon of Functional Fitness,” offers indoor fitness competitions and motivational training programs designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our DEKA sessions will challenge and inspire you to reach new heights.

DEKA Movements Include:
  • 30 RAM alternating reverse lunges
  • 500-meter row
  • 20 box step overs
  • 25 wall ball sit-ups
  • 500-meter ski erg
  • 100-meter farmer carry
  • 25-calorie bike
  • 20 med ball wall overs
  • 100-meter sled push and pull
  • 20 RAM burpees
